1. Please check if your order includes a PREORDER item. Some preorder items take 3-5 weeks to be manufactured.
2. Check your email if there is an issue regarding your order.

We only recommend to wash in cold water, and tumble on low or hang to dry.

1. Please check your junk mail incase it was marked as spam/junk
2. If your email was incorrect please contact me to correct + resend the confirmation email again.

For hygiene reasons, we regret to inform you that returns or exchanges cannot be accepted. Rest assured, all items in our shop are guaranteed to be brand new.

All sales are final. 

We do not offer refunds, please be very careful on reading if an order is preorder as production delays may happen.

USPS or your local postal may have delivered the package to the wrong address or postal box. Please wait an extra 2-3 days before contacting to see if postal will resolve the issue. If you have not recieved your package after 2-3 days please contact me and I will file a mail search/claim for you.

Please contact me within 60 days time period from when the order was shipped. I can file a claim and offer you a refund or replacement. Please include photos if there was damage.

After 60 days, insurance coverage expires and we cannot offer refunds or replacements afterwards.

All tracked packages come with insurance up to $100 CAD. Lettermail (non tracking) does not include coverage. We are not held liable for lost packages if customer selected non tracking lettermail option.

We are not liable for any issues with the package if the customer enters an incorrect address.

Pj pants have finished manufacturing 2 weeks ago, now I've been waiting for them to arrive. It's being shipped via SEA (sea boat cargo). It takes about 25 business days to arrive.

Due to the holidays there's been delays on the ship porting-> unloading-> custom clearance. They are expected to arrive Jan ~25-29 now. At the latest the pj pants will arrive by jan 31. (Fingers crossed).

The ship out date on my website is an estimate and not guaranteed, as factors beyond my control- such as production and shipping may impact the schedule. I’m so sorry for the delays.  This is the last inventory preorder for these designs as pj pants are a fall-winter seasonal item for my store.

If you don’t want the item anymore due the preorder wait. I totally understand! I can offer you a refund but the restocking fee is 15% to cover the Shopify payment transaction fees. (I know the fees are atrocious I’m sorry).
